Closing a Path

The Close Path option draws a straight line segment from the last segment end handle to the path start handle to close an open path. Follow the steps below to close a currently open path:

Step 1: Select the path to be closed.

Step 2: Press on the Modify Menu.

Step 3: To access the Close Path option in the Modify Menu when in Landscape Mode, scroll through the menu view by touching and dragging in an upward direction.

Tap on the Close Path option in the Paths Section of the menu to select it and then tap anywhere within the Drawing Canvas to close the menu.

Step 4: A straight line segment will be drawn from the last segment end point to the start handle of the chosen path.

Note: A straight line segment can be converted to a quadratic or cubic curve segment by using the Contextual Menu.
