The Defaults Submnu contains options for updating the default values used for new Drawing Editor sessions based on the currently selected values for stroke, fill, text, and shadow defaults.

Save Text Defaults | The Save Text Defaults option can be used to set the default text values for new Drawing Editor sessions to the currently selected default values within the Text Tab. |
Save Shadow Defaults | The Save Shadow Defaults option can be used to set the default shadow values for new Drawing Editor sessions to the currently selected default values within the Shadow and Opacity Tab. |
Example: Save Stroke Defaults
In this example, we will show how to use the Save Stroke Defaults option within this menu.
For this example, these values have been changed within the Stroke Tab for the current Drawing Editor session.
- Stroke Size = 4 pt
- Stroke Dash Pattern = dashes
Step 1: Press on the Settings Button within the Top Toolbar.
Step 2: Press on the Defaults Submenu.
Step 3: Press on the Save Stroke Defaults option.
Step 4: Press on OK to confirm.
Now, when a new drawing is created, these will be the new default Stroke settings.
